Welcome to the Campaign Finance Reporting Search. This page allows the public to search, browse and even download information from campaign finance reports filed with the Berks County Board of Elections.

 

You can search for a specific campaign finance report by filer name, year, reporting cycle code and a number of other parameters.

Cover Page:

The cover page provides basic information about the filer and the report. It also provides a brief statement of the income and expenditures itemized on the report.

Schedule I Summary:

This page provides a summary of the contributions and other receipts that are reported in Parts A, B, C, D and E of the report.

Part A:

This page provides a summary of the contributions and other receipts that are reported in Parts A, B, C, D and E of the report.

Part B:

This section lists contributions received from individuals or entities other than political committees $50.01 to $250.00.

Part C:

This section lists contributions received from political committees over $250.00.

Part D:

This section lists contributions received from individuals or entities other than political committees greater than $250.00. This section requires the filer to provide occupation and employment information for each contributor..

Part E:

This section lists all receipts that are not contributions, such as interest on savings and checking accounts, refunds, returned checks, etc.

Schedule II Summary:

This page provides a summary of the non-cash or in-kind contributions received that are reported on parts F and G of the report

Part F:

This section lists all non-cash contributions from $50.01 to $250.00. This includes such things as catering, lodging, travel, free advertising or any other valuable goods or services received.& This section (and Part G) require the filer to provide a description of the goods or services received.

Schedule III Expenditures:

This section lists all expenditures made by the filer during the reporting period. This section requires the filer to provide a description of the expenditure.

Schedule IV Debts:

This section lists all unpaid debts and obligations. This section requires the filer to provide a description of the nature of the debt.
